Seattle Makeup Artist Shalonda Peguero

               Shalonda Peguero started her career as an artist for MAC Cosmetics in Downtown Seattle. From there she perfected her craft and created her business Shalonda Peguero Makeup Artistry. Shalonda is a M.U.D certified Educator and teaches Makeup Artistry classes at Evergreen Beauty College in Washington State. In addition to teaching, Shalonda is a National Makeup Artist for Estee Lauder. 

 

         She has had the privilege to work with celebrities such as Grammy nominee Elle King, Sevyn Streeter, Cedella Marley and TV personalities April Ryan, Jemele Hill, Karen Civil and Patrisse Cullors. In addition she has worked with countless brides and takes pride on being able to flawlessly apply makeup to different skin tones.  

 

          Her makeup has been featured in Seattle Bride, Buzzfeed, and Huffpost.

 

     Shalonda is involved in the community in many ways and she distinguishes herself through her volunteer work. Some of her past (and future) community involvement has been with The Beyond Project, a non-profit organization that helps the community by bringing wellness education and services to those less fortunate.
